Hooping 101
You many have heard the saying, ‘every trend comes full circle.’ In this case, those words can be taken literally. What once was a fad of the 50′s is now considered one of the hottest sensations sweeping the nation... from night clubs and parties to fitness centers, dance studios and more!
It’s about self expression, movement, excitement and fun. Here, the circle is our way of life. In fact, we love circles so much that we’ve added a couple more to the word ‘hoola.’ We’ve also made ours bigger and better. Reason being, the hoop moves slower when it’s bigger. This enables the hooper to have more control over his or her body movements. These certainly aren’t the plastic toys you might remember from childhood. We’re talking adult-sized, hand-made hoops that enable you to work up a sweat and groove to your favorite music.
